We want you to be happy with your purchase! However, due to the nature of some of our products, we follow certain health and safety guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

Because we sell health-related consumables (like spirulina and protein powder), we do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

We only accept returns if:

  • The item you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order

🔁 How to Request a Return

To report an issue:

  1. Contact us at spirulinaandmore@gmail.com OR message us on WhatsApp with:

    • Your order number

    • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  2. We’ll review your request and confirm if your return is eligible.

  3. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

💸 Refunds

  • If a return is approved and we cannot offer a replacement, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (if prepaid), or cancel the Cash on Delivery order.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Health and supplement items (unless defective or incorrect)

  • Items returned without prior contact or after 48 hours

📍 Service Area for Returns

We only handle returns and refunds for orders delivered within Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and nearby areas.
