We want you to be happy with your purchase! However, due to the nature of some of our products, we follow certain health and safety guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
📦 Returns & Exchanges
Because we sell health-related consumables (like spirulina and protein powder), we do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
We only accept returns if:

The item you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect

You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order

To report an issue:

We’ll review your request and confirm if your return is eligible.

If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
💸 Refunds

If a return is approved and we cannot offer a replacement, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (if prepaid), or cancel the Cash on Delivery order.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
